We are very pleased to announce that the Consortium are rolling out this years’ Small Grants Fund.
We are inviting members to bid in for amounts of funding between £500 and £2,000.
The funding can be for anything from events / trips for your service users to individual projects in communities. All we ask is that the funding is used to improve health and wellbeing for our citizens in the community your organisation serves. This can be to improve mental, physical or social health and be monitored using the 5 ways to wellbeing assessment tool.
Please include your fabulous ideas in the attached form. These need to be new projects / ideas of yours and it is essential that we receive evaluations at the end of the project term.
Closing date for this is the 26th October with a view to decisions given out by the 23rd November. Funding will be distributed to those successful members by the end of November.
Applications to be sent to Alysia.email@example.com
Our panel will include an independent representative, and please can I ask that you understand that all decisions by the panel will be final – we obviously have a limited amount of funding for this, but we really want to benefit as many of your user groups as we can.
Please note that this programme is one application per registered entity and for Consortium Members only – your application will need approving before the application deadline stated above. Application form for Membership and the Small grants programme are available to download below.
